Commercial relationships never change the numbers.The cash-out table, the operator pages, the calculator and the change log are built from the operators' own published terms in exactly the same way whether or not we have an agreement with them. Operators we work with appear beside operators we don't, sorted only by the figures.

Each operator page says whether we have a relationship with that operator.
